About Us

King's Point was built in 1999 by developer Eric Moog. The architects were Gabor, Popper and Northgrave, and the builder was Daniels Corporation. King's Point was registered as Niagara North Condominium Corporation No. 141 on December 22, 1999.

The complex consists of two 3-storey wedge-shaped buildings, with water and garden views from all suites and atria which bring sunlight into suite interiors and the wide central corridors. One and two-bedroom suites -- all with dens, 9 foot ceilings, fireplaces, marble foyers, granite countertops, and balconies or terraces -- range in size from 1,218 to 2,223 square feet. Displayed against the dramatic river background, the 90 suites enjoy spectacular views, as well as high quality interior finishes and amenities. Many of the suites have been extensively renovated and upgraded. No two are identical.

Shared amenities include a heated outdoor pool with sundeck, extensive landscaped courtyard and gardens including a river walkway, riverside terrace, large garden courtyard, and a BBQ area. Internal amenities include two well-equipped exercise rooms, two guest rooms, gracious lobbies, underground parking and bike storage. Private boat docking (jmc@jimculligan.com) is available at the river’s edge, as well as miles of walking and bicycling paths along the river.

King's Point is managed by Maple Ridge Property Management of Brampton, Ontario.
